The systems that make a building work
MEP — mechanical, electrical and plumbing — is what turns a structure into a building people can occupy: air conditioning, power, water, drainage and life-safety systems. It is also where uncoordinated projects lose the most time and money, because services clash with structure and with each other.
Our MEP scope
- Plumbing: water supply, drainage and sanitary systems, from sleeves cast into walls and slabs to final fixtures.
- Electrical: main distribution boards, panels and controls, cable trays, and earthing for safety — especially in wet areas.
- Mechanical: HVAC ductwork, risers and air-handling units; fire-fighting mains and sprinklers; fire pump sets (electric, diesel and jockey).
- Coordination of lifts and other building systems with the structure and finishes.
Delivered on real buildings
At Bin Sulaiman Business Center in Jeddah our MEP scope included the electrical substation and transformers, services distribution, split HVAC units, fire and booster pumps and the lift machinery. At Sheriff Plaza in Heliopolis we delivered plumbing, fire-fighting, MDB panels, earthing, HVAC ductwork with an air-handling unit, fire pumps and Kone lifts.
Because the same company builds the structure, MEP sleeves and openings are planned before concrete is poured — which is the cheapest moment to get them right.
