Our story
First Builders was founded in 2016 as an Egyptian construction company by Eng. Hatem El-Hefnawy — a consultant civil engineer with a BSc in Civil Engineering (1990), an MSc in Construction Management (1998) and PMP certification from the American University in Cairo (1998).
From our headquarters on North 90 Street in New Cairo's Fifth Settlement, we deliver commercial and administrative centers, residential buildings, industrial buildings and infrastructure across Egypt and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia — including Bin Sulaiman Business Center and Al Rawy Plaza in Jeddah and Sheriff Plaza in Heliopolis.
How we work
Our model brings eight disciplines — engineering, construction, finishing, insulation and waterproofing, steel structures, landscape and site works, MEP and project management — under a single project-management team. Clients have one accountable partner from the first drawing to handover, which reduces interface risk, delays and cost overruns.
