Project Management Works
Coordination, quality control and timeline enforcement across every discipline and every site — a single accountable team keeping scope, budget and schedule aligned from ground-breaking to handover.
One accountable team from ground-breaking to handover
Project management is the discipline that holds the other seven together. Our project managers coordinate design, procurement and every site trade, enforce quality, and keep scope, budget and schedule aligned — so the client deals with one accountable team instead of a dozen subcontractors.
The approach comes from the top: First Builders was founded by Eng. Hatem El-Hefnawy, a consultant civil engineer with an MSc in Construction Management and PMP certification (AUC, 1998).
What project management covers
- Feasibility studies and design coordination across architecture, structure, interiors and 3D renders.
- Quantity surveying and BOQ-based cost estimation, then cost control throughout construction.
- Planning, scheduling and progress monitoring.
- Quality control and total quality management on site.
Why it matters
Most construction overruns happen at the interfaces — between designer and contractor, structure and MEP, contractor and supplier. Integrated project management removes those gaps instead of documenting them.
