Construction Works
Structural concrete, reinforcement and core works — the foundational phase where major structural progress becomes visible. Our site teams pour, form and build to tight tolerances, with quality control embedded at every stage.
From excavation to the last structural slab
Construction is the stage where progress becomes visible — and where mistakes become permanent. Our site teams take a project from mobilisation and excavation through shoring, foundations and the reinforced-concrete frame, with quality control embedded at every pour.
The work is sequenced exactly as the building needs it: sub-structure first (excavation, soil replacement, shoring with piles and struts, blinding concrete, foundation waterproofing and the raft), then the structure itself — columns, ramps, walls and slabs for each basement, the ground floor and the repetitive floors above.
Built in two markets
We have delivered structural works on commercial and residential buildings in Egypt and Saudi Arabia — from the 42,150 m² Bin Sulaiman Business Center in Jeddah to Sheriff Plaza in Heliopolis and residential buildings in New Cairo's Fifth Settlement. Each project page shows the stages photographed on site, so you can judge the workmanship for yourself.
Why integrated construction costs less
When the construction team also handles waterproofing, MEP first-fix and finishing, sleeves are cast in the right place, membranes are protected, and nothing has to be broken out later. Fewer interfaces means fewer claims, less rework and a shorter programme.
