Insulation & Waterproofing Works
Protective membrane and coating works that safeguard the structure against water, heat and time — essential, unseen engineering that extends a building's service life.
The engineering you never see — until it fails
Waterproofing and insulation protect the structure against groundwater, wet areas and heat. Done well, nobody notices them for decades; done badly, they cause damp basements, corroded reinforcement and expensive repairs. We treat them as structural work, not as an afterthought.
What we waterproof and insulate
- Foundations and retaining walls: bituminous, torch-applied membranes with protection boards, screed or geotextile so backfilling never damages the membrane.
- Wet areas: toilets and kitchens, walls and floors, before finishes are laid.
- Roofs: waterproofing membranes and thermal insulation boards to keep buildings watertight and cooler — essential in the Egyptian and Saudi climate.
Proof on site
At Sheriff Plaza we waterproofed the foundation and basement walls with torch-applied membranes and protection boards; at Al Rawy Plaza on the Jeddah waterfront, retaining walls received torch-applied membranes protected by screed and geotextile; at Bin Sulaiman Business Center, roof membranes and thermal insulation boards.
