The Kamal El-Khateeb Villas in New Cairo show integrated delivery at residential scale: one team responsible for design, interiors and the landscape around the house.
Following the design renders and elevations, the interior fit-out delivered a grand marble staircase with wrought-iron balustrade, classic wall paneling, mouldings and tray ceilings in the reception, carved wood doors, a kitchen with island and extractor hood, mosaic and marble washrooms and a home elevator. Outside, we built the swimming pool, rear terrace and a landscaped courtyard garden.
