Built on a foundation no one else could lay.
Pre-2016 · Foundation Years
Eng. El-Hefnawy earns his expertise across Egypt's most demanding projects, then leads developments in Saudi Arabia — including work within Saudi Aramco's operational environment.
2016 · Inception
First Builders is incorporated as an Egyptian construction LLC — a deliberate, focused launch into Cairo's competitive market.
2017–2020 · Early Portfolio
Heliopolis Plaza (Cairo), Al Sulaiman Business Center (Jeddah, 42,150 m²) and Al Rawy Plaza. The binational portfolio takes shape.

Founder & CEO
A seasoned consultant engineer with a distinguished portfolio across commercial, administrative, residential and industrial enterprises in Egypt and Saudi Arabia — including projects within Saudi Aramco's demanding operational environment.
In 2016 he didn't simply start a company; he built a platform for engineering that puts people first. The name says it: First — first in quality, first in trust, first to say yes to the projects others call too complex.
