First Builders is an engineering company founded to work in the field of Construction, engineering services and project management for projects of a group of investors working in Both Saudi Arabia and Egypt. The company’s founders have carried out advanced ventures in Egypt and Saudi Arabia, which include commercial and administrative centers, residential towers, industrial buildings and infrastructure

The company was set up by Engineer Hatem El-Hefnawy and others where he worked as consultant engineer for Roads, Bridges, Commercial markets and residential buildings in Egypt.
Then he initiated numerous projects in Saudi Arabia, including residential buildings, infrastructure works and industrial projects in Saudi Aramco, as well as variety of distinctive commercial and administrative centers in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

The company was founded in 2016 as Egyptian construction limited liability company.
First Builders has launched a variety of projects such as Heliopolis plaza in Heliopolis Cairo, Banafseg building in fifth settlement.
In addition to Sakan Masr, Dar Masr residential towers in new Cairo.
Social housing towers in Badr city, Elshorke city and the city of 15 May

From the very first start of our fledgling company, we have decided to set up a constitution we respect and adhere to for the manner we manage the company through selection five qualities and characteristics that we describe in the entirety in all our decisions and move through them and never veer off from them in our dealings.
First and generally significant of these characteristics is Respect, respect for the customer, respect our partners, respect for our representatives, respect for our laborers.
